How long does it typically take to build a new home?

The timeline for building a new home can vary based on factors. On average, from groundbreaking to completion, the process takes approximately 5 to 7 months. Factors such as permitting timeline, weather impacts, and whether you’ve selected to purchase a home already underway will have an impact on the overall timeline.  Our team is committed to communicate with you along the way and provide a more accurate estimate based on your specific situation.

The new home build process typically involves several key phases, including pre-construction & permitting, construction process, inspections and new home delivery. You can expect regular communication from our team, keeping you informed about the progress. It’s exciting to witness the construction milestones as your new home is born.
